Albania VISION Institute është krijuar si sh.p.k në vitin 1996 si e vetmja kompani për tu marrë ekskluzivisht me shëndetin e SYRIT. Eshtë kompania e parë shqiptare që pas ndryshimeve demokratike të vendit, vuri në qëndër të vëmendjes së shëndetësisë shqiptare shëndetin OKULAR nëpërmjet instalimit dhe zhvillimit të aktivitetit shëndetësor privat. Kompania u krijua fillimisht si klinikë mjekësore okulistike me kabinetin e vizitave dhe sallën e operacioneve për operacionet e syrit dhe më vonë u plotësua me Shkollën OPTIKE per përgatitjen e OPTICIENËVE të pare ne vendin tonë si dhe me magazinat optike për tregëtimin e materialeve optike dhe mjekësore qe lidheshin me syrin si xhama optik, syze optike, proteza, lente kontakti, lente intraokulare dhe sisteme optike.
